Motor carrier & driver SMS notifications

Last updated: May 5, 2026

All America Auto Transport, Inc. ("AAAT," "we," "us") sends text messages only in connection with vehicle shipments we have brokered to your motor carrier for our customers. This page documents that workflow for carriers, regulators, and messaging partners (including AWS and wireless providers).

1. Who receives SMS

SMS is sent only to mobile numbers associated with an active dispatch—for example, the contact number for an approved driver or dispatcher that your company provided to us for a specific load (including through pickup authorization, dispatch paperwork, or equivalent coordination we use to move a customer's vehicle from origin to destination).

We do not use this program for consumer marketing, lead generation, or unrelated promotions.

2. How consent / permission works

Consent is established through your company's business relationship with AAAT as a contracted motor carrier on loads we assign, and by providing a mobile number for operational coordination of those loads. By giving us that number for dispatch, pickup, delivery, or in-transit updates, you (or your authorized representative) agree that AAAT may contact that number by SMS for those purposes.

Related terms for shipments appear in our car shipping contract terms. How we handle personal data more broadly is described in our privacy policy.

3. Types of messages & frequency

Messages are transactional / operational, such as:

  • Pickup pass, verification, or gate coordination
  • Dispatch or schedule changes for an assigned load
  • Delivery or inspection reminders tied to that shipment

Frequency is low and tied to the lifecycle of the shipment—typically a handful of messages per load, not recurring marketing cadences.

4. Message & data rates; opt-out & help

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You can opt out of further SMS from a thread by replying STOP. We honor opt-outs for operational messages where technically and operationally feasible; note that opting out may limit our ability to coordinate an active shipment by text, in which case we may use other contact methods on file.

For help, reply HELP or call us at (800) 227-7447 or email AAAT@AAAT.COM.

5. Public verification URL

This page is hosted on our public website at https://aaat.com/carrier-sms-notifications so reviewers can access it without a login. If you are registering a messaging campaign, you may use that URL as the opt-in / program description link where a workflow URL is requested.
