Here's exactly how it works

You start on our quote form. Enter the pickup and delivery locations, the vehicle, whether you want open or enclosed transport, and the first date the car is available. We instantly calculate a real market price, then email it to you so you have it in writing.

When you're ready, you click "Complete my booking" in the quote email (or finish right on the site). That brings you back to your quote with the price locked in, where you add vehicle details, pickup and delivery contacts, and securely save a card.

• 1Confirm details. Vehicle info, pickup contact, delivery contact, and your preferred dates.
• 2Save a card securely. Card details are captured through Stripe. Nothing is charged today.
• 3Book. Your card is only charged once we assign a qualified carrier and dispatch your vehicle.

The moment your booking is placed, your order is created and you get an order confirmation email with your order number, all the details on file, payment terms, and helpful resources to protect yourself at pickup and delivery.

Our dispatch team matches your order with a carrier that's been vetted through our VS3 protocol. Once a carrier is assigned, we send a dispatch notification with the carrier and truck details, pickup instructions, and a verification link so you only release your car to the authorized driver.

At pickup, the driver shows a dynamic QR pickup pass on their phone. You (or your pickup contact) scan it from your tracking link to confirm you're handing the car to the authorized driver, then photograph the vehicle from every angle before loading.

• • Don't sign the bill of lading until the condition report matches your photos.

Once the car is loaded, we send a "picked up" email, with your pickup photos and videos attached, plus instructions for receiving the vehicle at delivery.

Anytime during transit you can check your order. Enter your email and we send a secure tracking link, no password needed. The tracking page shows live status, the carrier's contact info, driver location on a map, and lets you manage which notifications you receive.
